Juan Carlos Quiroz

Juan is a music lover and professional in the world of Human Resources. He has been a reference for his contributions to large companies such as the French group Accor, the KFC Group, MI SWACO/Smith-Schulmberger, among other important companies. He has also developed challenging consulting projects, was an associate consultant in Mexico for the Accelerator Solutions Limited group based in the United Kingdom and has extensive experience in Organizational Development processes in various companies with different lines of business.

During his career he has known how to face many challenges, developing Human Resources areas from the ground up, accompanying the growth and development of companies that have crossed borders. He has also been passionate about academic teaching, he has been a professor for many years at the most prestigious Universities in Ecuador.

Juan is the mentor of our methodology, creator of the 9-Gigs system and an explorer of innovation. He currently resides in Montpellier, France, with a view to continuing his research and the development of our methodology and the digitalization of human resources.
